- Vacation rental owners: your name, phone number, email address, and the areas where your rentals are located.
- Cleaners and handymen: your name, business name, phone number, email address, the services you offer, the areas you serve, and the languages you speak.
- Automatically: basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and the website that referred you, collected through cookies and similar analytics tools.
How we use your information
- To build and operate the TopTurnoverPros list and website.
- To notify owners when the list is ready and to contact cleaners and handymen about their listing.
- To send text messages and emails you agreed to receive.
- To respond to your questions and requests.
- To improve our website and services and keep them secure.
How your information is shared
- Listings shown to owners: if you register as a cleaner or handyman, you agree that your name, business name, contact information, services, areas served, and languages may be shown to vacation rental owners who use TopTurnoverPros, so they can find and contact you.
- Service providers: we use trusted companies to host our website and send texts and emails. They may only use your information to provide those services to us.
- Legal reasons: we may share information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
By submitting one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from TopTurnoverPros about the list, our launch, your listing, and related opportunities. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This does not limit the listing information cleaners and handymen agree to have shown to owners, as described above.
Emails
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
How long we keep information
We keep your information while you are on the list or have an account with us, and for a reasonable time afterward as needed for legal, accounting, or security purposes. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to remove your listing, by emailing help@TopTurnoverPros.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law, and we will honor requests as required.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
TopTurnoverPros is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Important changes will be posted on this page.
